We’ll discuss and engage in using sounds and listening as a mindfulness practice, an art practice, and a tool for ecological study. Sessions will include discussion, listening to recorded works, and hands-on practice or fieldwork. Suggestions for activities or readings between sessions will be offered but not required. A workbook for reflection and field notes will be provided, as well as links to supplemental readings, helpful websites, and suggestions for further study.
